Slow Cooker Lasagna with Ricotta Cheese
First of all, any site called The Wicked Noodle is going to be good. They have so many great comfort recipes (like a no bean beef chili that the Texan in this definitely approves of).
In this case, we tried out the slow cooker lasagna, and although it still requires the time in putting the layers together, this cheesy goodness was worth the effort
Slow Cooker Chicken and Sausage Creole
We love to try new things, and creole recipes are a little out of our normal wheel house, which makes them so welcome.
We don’t eat a ton of sausage, but in this recipe from Skinnytaste, it’s really an amazing flavor for the whole dish.
